At IdealTech, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of printers, photocopiers, or IT accessories, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Certain items like consumables (ink, toner, paper) may not be eligible once opened.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
- Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product.
- If the same item is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Exceptions
- Opened or used consumables (ink cartridges, toners, paper) cannot be returned.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not covered.
- Special-order items may be subject to different return conditions.
